Clinical experience meets AI.

Emtrial connects clinical recruitment with robust AI systems. We turn research and practical experience into tools that let study teams trace every result to its source.

The Emtrial team

A focused team working at the intersection of clinical requirements, trustworthy systems, and practical implementation.

Hannes Ill
AI Engineer / Researcher

Hannes Ill

Holds an M.Sc. in Robotics, Cognition, Intelligence from TUM and previously conducted research at MIT on clinical AI and agentic systems. Today he builds explainable systems for clinical trial matching that run inside hospital-controlled environments and translates research into robust product architecture for practical use in hospitals.

Mehul Mittal
AI Engineer / Researcher

Mehul Mittal

Builds production-grade GenAI and ML systems with a focus on human intent and cognitive systems. His work spans GenAI infrastructure at Bosch, ML platforms at Concentrix, and published biosignal research for Parkinson’s detection. M.Sc. Artificial Intelligence, FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, with a graduation scholarship.

Mahi Araz
Clinical Advisor

Mahi Araz

Physician and medical graduate of the University of Hamburg. After more than 1,000 hours manually searching for clinical trial candidates, she knows the operational problem firsthand and has long explored practical ways to accelerate candidate identification for clinical study teams.

Principles for sensitive work.

01

Evidence before claims

Study teams should be able to trace every suggestion to the information that supports it.

02

Control inside the hospital

Patient-level processing remains inside the hospital-controlled environment.

03

People make the decision

Emtrial prepares the review. Clinical interpretation stays with the responsible study team.
