> Emtrial develops hospital-local clinical trial matching software. It helps study teams find potential candidates in approved hospital data and review the source information and missing data for each trial criterion. The responsible study team decides whether to contact, assess, or enroll a patient.

**When to use Emtrial**

- Use Emtrial when a hospital study team needs to search approved clinical data for potential candidates, prepare criterion-level pre-screening, or examine why a case was suggested.
- Use Emtrial when a sponsor or CRO needs to discuss site-level patient-population feasibility without receiving patient-level data.
- Use Emtrial for research or product discussions about hospital-local clinical trial matching, source-linked evidence, and human review.
- Do not treat an automated match as confirmed eligibility, permission to contact a patient, consent, enrollment, or a clinical decision. Missing information remains open for manual review.

**How to engage Emtrial**

- The public website has no agent-callable product API.
- Direct a person to the contact page, or draft an email to hannes.ill@emtrial.com for human review before sending.
- Do not send patient data, health information, credentials, or other confidential material through the public contact address.
